Systems Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure reliable operation of computer systems, network devices and servers
• Install and configure operating systems and application software
• Manage O365 admin centre & application suite
• Monitor and implement best practices for LAN/WAN/Wireless network and system security
• Identify solutions for potential issues or bottlenecks
• Configure and monitor internal system/server backups
• Liaise with users to troubleshoot technical issues

Qualifications & Skills::

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking or equivalent qualification
• 3+ years’ experience working in system/network administration
• Professional certification in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware would be added advantage
• Sound knowledge of Windows Servers, AD, DNS, Networking & VMWare/Hyper-V
• Experience working with servers, monitoring tools and network management & monitoring tools(Network switches, routers, access points, firewalls, VPN, etc.)
• Fluent in English to communicate with Australian counterparts
• Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills with a “can-do “attitude
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as Azure, Intune would be beneficial
• Willing to work according to the Australian calendar

About you:

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain optimum inventory levels to align with the forecasted demand & financial plan
• Work closely with Product Managers to get market insights
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications & Skills:
