With over 30 years of experience in the building services sector, David has held key leadership roles, including CEO of O'Donnell Griffin and CEO of Haden Engineering, both part of the ASX-listed Norfolk Group.
He has also served as Executive General Manager at Transfield Services, an ASX-listed operations and maintenance company, and as CEO of Web FM, a global provider of construction and facilities management solutions.
Appointed as a Director in August 2019, David is a member of the AICD, serves on the Audit and Risk Committee, and chairs the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
Michael Sainsbury has over 30 years of experience in sales, business development, strategic planning, leadership and business management within the electrical industry. He joined IPD in 2013 as the National Sales Manager and became CEO in 2015. Before IPD, Michael spent over 13 years at Schneider Electric, where he held various senior management roles in electrical solutions and power monitoring.
Mohamed Yoosuff is a founding director of IPD Group and served as its Chief Financial Officer from its inception until January 2023. He currently holds the role of Director of Strategic Development.
Before joining IPD, Mohamed held senior management positions in manufacturing and distribution companies. His previous roles include Chief Financial Officer of Ludowici Group, a former ASX-listed company, and Financial Controller at Otis Elevators.
Andrew Moffat has 23 years of experience in corporate and investment banking. He previously served as Director of Equity Capital Markets and Advisory at BNP Paribas Equities.
Currently, Andrew is a Non-Executive Director at Sports Entertainment Group Limited, 360 Capital Group Limited, ICP Funding Pty Limited, and CASL Funder Pty Ltd. He was appointed as a Director of IPD Group on 24 March 2020.
His past public company directorships include Rubik Financial Limited, Keybridge Capital Limited, CCK Financial Solutions Limited, itX Group Limited, and Infomedia Limited.
